Add Chris Brown to the list of celebrity conspiracy theorists. The troubled R&B star offered his personal insight into the Ebola outbreak, writing on Twitter, "I don't know ... But I think this Ebola epidemic is a form of population control. S--t is getting crazy bruh." He has 13.7 million followers, many of whom disagreed with his assessment — or just wanted to poke fun at the "Don't Think They Know" singer.
